All orders for prescription items must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 72 hours from placing your order.
Customer services cannot fast track your order to be reviewed by the prescriber.
